LAMPUNG (11-12/10) – In the line of BUMN's dedication to the teaching profession, PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) provided assistance to 578 teachers for Teacher Professional Education Training activities and reimbursement of certification examination fees. This activity was carried out by Pupuk Indonesia in Lampung Province.

Pupuk Indonesia's Senior Vice President (SVP) General and TJSL, Yana Nurahmad Haerudin said that the assistance for the theavvr,provided by the company to 578 teachers was a joint commitment by the Ministry of SOEs regarding Teacher Certification. In this program, there are two major activities namely Teacher Professional Education Training and reimbursement of certification examination fees.

"Pupuk Indonesia runs the program specifically in Lampung Province, with details of teacher certification exam training with an estimated 200-500 teacher participants. Then reimbursement of re-examination fees with an estimated 301 participating teachers," said Yana.

Yana explained that the teacher professional education training program and reimbursement of certification exam fees collaborated with 8 (eight) other BUMNs, and PT Pupuk Indonesia was given responsibility as PIC of Lampung province. The criteria for the teaching profession who can get this program are teachers who have teaching experience and do not yet have a certificate.

Regarding the program implementation schedule, Yana revealed that the teacher professional education training will be held on 11-12 October 2022 as a preparatory activity for participants in the teacher certification examination which will be carried out by the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture on 15-17 October 2022. Meanwhile, the reimbursement of certification exam fees will be carried out automatically. simultaneously on Teacher's Day, which is 25 November 2022.

"The distribution of teachers targeted in this program are PAUD, SD, SMP, SMA/SMK teachers and Special School (SLB) teachers," he explained.

The SOE Service Program for teachers is carried out in five provinces simultaneously in Maluku Province, South Sumatra Province, West Java Province, North Sumatra Province, Lampung Province.
