In preparing these world-class human resources, Pupuk Indonesia focuses on increasing competence to face challenges. This effort is carried out by deploying top talent into various strategic projects to support the increase in EBITDA. At the same time encouraging the production of innovative breakthroughs carried out by work units or teams.
Pupuk Indonesia is also committed to increasing the number and quality of these top talents. Then prepare and accelerate in producing superior cadres. This is because 85% of the talents in the Pupuk Indonesia group are millennials.
Pupuk Indonesia also has a top talent program for millennials and top talent for women. This is realized through the establishment of the Young BUMN and Srikandi Pupuk Indonesia. The goal is to become a forum for top talent to actualize their abilities, while at the same time supporting gender equality.

To run it, the company already has a roadmap for implementing the AKHLAK culture, which is an acronym for Amanah, Competent, Harmonious, Loyal, Adaptive, and Collaborative.
"The implementation of the talent management strategy, the implementation of AKHLAK culture, and the use of technology through the Human Capital Information System (HCIS) are expected to accelerate the realization of world class human capital in the Pupuk Indonesia group," concluded Tathit.
