The month of Ramadhan is a glorious month full of blessings, PT Pupuk Indonesia Niaga held a charity event, sharing session and breaking the fast together. With the theme: Dates, the Shine of Ramadhan Together with Pupuk Indonesia Niaga, the Company distributed basic food assistance and cash to people in need in Jakarta.

"The aid in the form of basic necessities, mainly rice and cash, was distributed to two orphanages and one Qur'an house with a total of close to one hundred beneficiaries," said PI Niaga Main Director Hilman Taufik.

He revealed that this activity was a form of the company's concern in helping the community meet their daily needs during the fasting month. The three anti-orphanages in question are Pondok Yatim & Dhuafa (Penadegan), Daarul Rahman Orphanage Foundation (Pejaten) and Rumah Quran Ash-Shalihin (Kalibata) – Jakarta.

H. Ahmad Habib, Founder of the Daarul Rahman Orphanage Foundation, one of the beneficiaries, expressed his gratitude for PI Niaga's concern for orphans, while the Daily Manager of Rumah Qur'an Ash-Shalihin, Agung, explained that this year was the second year receiving assistance from PI. Niaga as long as PI Niaga has an office near the Qur'an house.

"We hope that PI Niaga's Ramadhan activities will continue to be carried out every year, so that the public can feel PI Niaga's presence. "Hopefully PI Niaga continues to develop and can provide more benefits to the environmental community and other stakeholders," said Hilman.

Apart from compensation and breaking fast together, PI Niaga's Ramadhan activities also carry out activities that can provide benefits for employees. “Ramadan is a noble month to improve oneself and increase devotion to Allah SWT. "Apart from that, we are taking advantage of this Ramadhan to increase our productivity and performance as part of PI Niaga's people," Hilman explained.

The activity in the form of a sharing session, which this time carried the theme "Happy & Productive", was delivered by Damayanti Aha who invited PI Niaga people to make peace with the events that occurred, have a growth mindset and apply engaging communication to realize the achievement of the Company's targets in 2024.
