JAKARTA – In commemoration of the 25th Anniversary of the Ministry of BUMN in 2023. PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) held a healthy road with BUMN in 6 provinces spread across 13 regencies/cities. The total participants of the healthy road with Pupuk Indonesia were recorded at around 17,528 people.

SVP Corporate Secretary of Pupuk Indonesia, Wijaya Laksana said that currently healthy road activities with BUMN are carried out in two districts in South Sulawesi province, namely Sinjai Regency and Sidrap Regency. "The implementation of healthy roads with BUMN in the two districts was welcomed by the enthusiasm of thousands of people. This activity is also the result of collaboration between Pupuk Indonesia Group and collaboration with other BUMN and local governments," said Wijaya.

The implementation of healthy roads with BUMN in these two districts was marked by the handing over of torches to representatives of BUMN and continued with a flag off which marked the start of healthy road activities with BUMN. As in Sinjai Regency, the torch was handed over by the Regional Secretary (Sekda) Sinjai to representatives of Pupuk Indonesia Group.

Wijaya revealed that the implementation of healthy walking activities with BUMN in South Sulawesi was coordinated by Pupuk Indonesia's subsidiary, PT Pupuk Kaltim (PKT). As coordinator, PKT carries out activities in Sinjai Regency in collaboration with Kereta Api Indonesia and Nindya Karya. There were 1,114 participants who participated in this activity.

While carrying out activities in Sidrap Regency, PKT collaborated with Permodalan Nasional Madani with Nindya Karya. This healthy walking activity with BUMN was attended by 1,014 people. "This healthy road program with BUMN is a form of the Government's concern through the Ministry of BUMN for employees and indicates that BUMN are in the midst of society. This healthy walking activity with BUMN is carried out every week until the peak of the commemoration of the Anniversary of the Ministry of BUMN in April 2023," he added.

The enthusiasm of the community who participated in healthy walking activities with BUMN was seen when they learned that this event was enlivened by the distribution of door prizes ranging from LED TVs, folding bicycles, refrigerators, washing machines, gas stoves, and several other attractive prizes. In each event there are also some entertainment such as band music performances.

It can be known, the total participants of around 17,528 people were counted from healthy walking activities with BUMN Pupuk Indonesia Group in 6 provinces. Starting from North Aceh which was attended by more than 2,000 people, then in West Tanjung Jabung and East Tanjung Jabung, Jambi, each attended by more than 2,000 people. Furthermore, in Palembang City, South Sumatra followed by more than 1,500 people, then in Brebes Regency followed by around 2,000 people. While in Tegal Regency and Pati Regency each attended by around 1,100 people.

Furthermore, healthy walking activities with BUMN Pupuk Indonesia Group were carried out in four regencies/cities in Central Kalimantan. First in Katingan Regency followed by around 1,000 people. West Kotawaringin Regency, followed by around 700 people. The implementation in East Kotawaringin Regency was attended by around 1,000 participants. The implementation of the joint healthy road in Seruyan Regency, recorded around 1,000 people participating in this activity. Finally, healthy roads in Sinjai Regency and Sidrap Regency were attended by 1,114 people and 1,014 people respectively. All healthy walking activities with BUMN Pupuk Indonesia involve subsidiaries such as PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda (PIM), PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (PSP), PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek (PKC), PT Petrokimia Gresik (PKG), and PT Pupuk Kaltim (PKT).
