Pupuk Indonesia Invites Communities to Become Pe-i Shop Partners
JAKARTA – PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) invites the public to become partners in the commercial or non-subsidized fertilizer kiosk program. The program, called Toko Pe-i, is being developed by companies throughout the country as an effort to increase the availability of fertilizer at the farm level.
This was disclosed by SPM Commercial Kiosk Pupuk Indonesia, Rika Susanty in the SME/IKM Partnership Forum activities with BUMN and Large Enterprises at the Smesco Building, Jakarta, Thursday (24/11/2022).
"Pupuk Indonesia has established and provided Pe-i Store attribute branding that is uniform in all regions in Indonesia. This kiosk will become Pupuk Indonesia's business identity and official store, bringing PI Group products closer to farmers in all regions of Indonesia," said Rika.
Through Toko Pe-i, Rika ensures that Pupuk Indonesia will guarantee the availability of non-subsidized fertilizers. That way, farmers will find it easier to obtain fertilizer. On the one hand, farmers who buy non-subsidized products at Pe-i Stores will also receive benefits in the form of education and assistance from agronomists provided by Pupuk Indonesia in the field.
"So farmers who come to Pe-i Stores are not only to buy fertilizers and pesticides but are looking for solutions on how to increase the productivity and quality of their crops. Buying is a little more expensive but yields will be much better because the products used are quality products coupled with assistance with the use of fertilizers and pesticides so that farmers become smarter and produce better yields," he added.
Rika further revealed that Toko Pe-i is also the answer to the many farmers who still find it difficult to reach or buy the company's commercial products.
For people who are interested in becoming Pe-i Shop partners, they can register immediately with the terms and conditions that apply.
In the event, Pupuk Indonesia also presented one of Pe-i's shop partners, namely CV Tani Muda Bersatu from Magetan Regency, East Java. Partners who started joining in October 2022 had the opportunity to fill in at the Pupuk Indonesia showcase booth.
In addition, there is also a booth consulting room for SMEs/IKMs who want to join as Toko Pe-i partners, contributing to the country together with Pupuk Indonesia in supply chain synergy to market products belonging to the Pupuk Indonesia Group.
Meanwhile, the development of 1,000 Pe-i Stores is being carried out by Pupuk Indonesia with the Dealer Owned Dealer Operated (DODO) partnership business scheme. This scheme is offered to individuals and business entities that have complete retail sales business licenses.
The advantage of being a Pe-i Store Partner is being able to provide guarantees that are an advantage or added value for partners. The guarantees referred to include the authenticity of fertilizer products, product quality assurance, fertilizer availability guarantees, and several promotional activities that have an impact on product sales.
