The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Appoints New Directors at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero)

JAKARTA - The Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) has reassigned Gusrizal to the position of Vice President Director at PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero), and Wono Budi Tjahyono as the Director of Finance of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). Additionally, they have appointed Tri Wahyudi Saleh as the Director Of Marketing of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) and Ninis Kesuma Adriani as the Director of Risk Management of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero). This is stipulated in Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decision No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023 regarding the Termination, Nomenclature Changes of Positions, Transfer of Duties, and Appointment of Directors of the State-Owned Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia.

In Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decision No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023, they also confirm the honorable resignation of Mr. Nugroho Christijanto, whose term as Vice President Director has ended.

Wijaya Laksana, the Corporate Secretary of Pupuk Indonesia, on behalf of the management, expresses gratitude to Nugroho Christijanto for his dedicated service, which has contributed to Pupuk Indonesia's excellent performance.

"We congratulate the entire new board of directors. We, along with all our team members, are ready to support and realize Pupuk Indonesia's transformation into a globally competitive company, in line with the guidance of Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Erick Thohir," said Wijaya.

In Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Decision No. SK-303/MBU/11/2023, there is a change in the nomenclature of positions for the directors of the State-Owned Company (Persero) PT Pupuk Indonesia. The previous titles of Director of Finance and Risk Management have been changed to Director of Finance and Director of Risk Management.

For your information, prior to these changes, Gusrizal, the Vice President Director of Pupuk Indonesia, served as the Director of Marketing of Pupuk Indonesia. Wono Budi Tjahyono, the Director of Finance of Pupuk Indonesia, previously held the position of Director of Finance and Risk Management of Pupuk Indonesia. Tri Wahyudi Saleh, the Director of Marketing of Pupuk Indonesia, previously served as the President Director of PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang, and Ninis Kesuma Adriani, the Director Of Risk Management of Pupuk Indonesia, previously held the position of Director of Finance and Operations at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (PNM).

With these changes, Wijaya continues, the PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) Board of Directors consists of:
