Subsidized Fertilizer Use New Logo

Change of corporate logo from PT Pupuk Sriwidjaja (Persero) to PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) with the logo Indonesia Holding Company was made by Ministerial Decree of Law and Human Rights No AHU-17695. AH. 01. 02 Tahun 2012, 5 April 2012.  The new corporate name and logo has been registered under the trademark; D0021217169-16 April 2012, formalized on April 18 2012. 

This was expressed by Supervisor of Promotion and Marketing Strategy of PT Pusri, Ir CHaidirsyah Birin. He added that the basic logo design of PT Pupuk Indonesia (Persero) was inspired from urea fertilizer compound.  

On the other side, Chaidirsyah expressed that the use of single-brand subsidized urea bag will start on the distribution to warehouse line III (Regency) on 1 May 2012, with three-month transition period. 

“During the transition period, single-brand subsidized area bag may still be circulated by each urea fertilizer manufacturer (former brand) PT Petro Kimia Gresik, Pusri, PT Pupuk Iskandar Muda, Pupuk Kujang and Pupuk Kaltim,” Chaidirsyah explained. 

Chaidirsyah said that it is expected that per August 1 2012, all subsidized area fertilizers have used the new brand/logo. 

Before the publication, PT Pusri Bangka Belitung marketing area (Babel) announced the change of name and logo for subsidized fertilizer bags to the customers, distributor, retailer and farmer group, in Ball Room Aston Soll Marina Bangka and Conference Hall, Wednesday (18/7/2012). 

The speaker in this event was the Head of Food Plant and Horticulture Agriculture Office of Bangka Belitung, Ir Zola Lienna, Supervisor of Promotion and Marketing Strategy of PT Pusri, Ir Chaidirsyah Birin, and Marketing Area Manager of Pusri in Bangka Belitung Kemas Cholid.  Other invitees were also participating in this activity. 

In this dissemination activity, PT Pusri introduces the new subsidized fertilizer bags and logo for Pusri, Kujang , Pupuk Kaltim, Petro Kimia Gersik and Pupuk Iskandar Muda merged into one.
